Beep Beep Day

The Road Safety Authority created an initiative with the National Road Safet week programme with a Beep Beep Day for young children. Through songs, games, and art the children learn the value of STOP.HOLD HANDS.LOOK & LISTEN.BE SAFE. They are usually so good that 'big people' can be reprimanded for not doing things the correct way!
Trick or Treat for Temple Street

Any excuse to dress up!! Every year we have a Halloween party. We wear costumes, play traditional games, make some up, and eat scary buns and jelly snakes. And as we celebrate we leave a ghost bucket outside the door to collect donations for young, sick children that could do with some help. It creates values in our ScallyWags and is for a great cause.
Science Week
8th to 15th November 2015
We are the only registered pre-school in Ireland that puts ourselves on their website to show our ScallyWags' curiousity and experimentation. We have made exploding volcanoes, stuck pencils through bags of water and not spilled a drop, learnt more about our senses through games, made a solar system....loads of things!!! And we love it!!
World Book Day

Book tokens are sent to us and they can be used in local book shops or within our book club where there is a vast array of books within the age catergory. We love books and encourage language and literacy with our own take-home library which the children set up and organise. We also dress up as book characters and write our own story. Truly brilliant. You always have company if you have a good book..
